We have been conditioned to believe that beauty is external. However, everything we see on the surface is a reflection of the inside. By using our third eye, we can perceive the inner aspects of our lives. In my opinion, there is no such thing as ugly; everything originates from beauty, as it is a creation of God. Over time, excessively strong, unbalanced energy can damage beauty. Therefore, everything has the potential to return to its original state.
We often observe this in children, especially during their teenage years. Suddenly, the world doesn’t make sense to them, and they come up with many unresolved questions. This confusion is reflected in their facial features, which appear unharmonious and misaligned.
Often it keeps going till adulthood, then we start being those thoughts until it becomes real. What we think about ourselves, that is how the world will perceive us. If we hate ourselves, the world will hate us, if we love ourselves, the world will love us. The world is a reflection of our inner self, and since we have the power to change that, we could be surrounded by a beautiful world, including us in it.
How I can love myself more:
- Don’t judge yourself.
- Forgive yourself and know that next time you’ll do better.
- Listen to your true needs.
- Observe the steps in reaching your goal, so don’t assume that the current step is a failure.
- Acknowledge that everyone who had achieved something in his life, it is because he was practicing enough, and not because he is better.
- Start seeing the beauty around you and focus on that. It can show in every little corner, one just needs to reveal it.
Start with these steps and make the decision in you that you are beautiful, and a beautiful world will be revealed to you!
