Eliminate unhealthy negativity from your precious life.

Negativity can be very subtle. Not only shouting and screaming are called negativity. When the negativity exists, it means something is not align with our body and soul. Balanced energy in our body should be neutral, like a PH level in order for us to be happy in a single moment. When we have negative emotions inside us, it shows that there is too much energy within us that would most likely leak because we wouldn’t know how to handle it. This interrupts our soul from being happy and aware of one’s existence.

Why are we negative even in a subtle way? and if we are already negative, how can we use this extra energy to come back to the present moment?

Most of the negativity is coming from within us. There is something in our mind, which is our thoughts, that thinks that things should be different than what they are. Any disappointment, jealousy, hate, anger, and so forth, is being created because we think things should have been different than what they are. Our brain is running an entire script on how things should have been different in a very short moment. When using so much energy in such a short time, it doesn’t leave us any hope but to burst it outside of our body, in the shape of negativity.

Being aware of the script in our head and asking ourselves deeply, why we are expecting things to be different, are we judging the person in front of us? are we not happy with ourselves and our ability to love? Do we feel that we are being judged? if yes, it is most likely because we are allowing it within ourselves. A short investigation will provide us the right empathy and the correction we need. We must be very sincere with ourselves and brave to reveal the source.

By shifting the energy that got accumulated, to finding the source, instead of bursting that energy out, you will create a very special moment, which is called, happiness.

  1. I agree; trying to accept things as they are, and ourselves as we are, brings more peace and joy in our life. Thank you for the reminder
